Are you a woman in chiropractic
who isn't earning enough money?
Do you spend more time being "busy" than
you do being present with your family?
Do you feel like you're on an island all alone in practice?
Do you want to grow your practice but aren't willing
to do health fairs and screenings anymore?
Listen, you've heard the atrocious statistics about women in chiropractic.
The ones that say you’re more likely to NOT
be practicing in just a few years from now,
than you are to still be practicing?
Well, unfortunately, the numbers don’t lie.
Once graduates start their families,
they start dropping out of practice at alarming rates.
And this is simply not ok!
It’s about so much more than a successful career in our profession.
It’s about what happens to your self-esteem when you “fail” in practice.
It’s about what happens to your marriage when your partner
is resentful that you’re not using your degree.
It’s about the uncertainty of what will happen to your student loans
and how you’ll ever be able to save for your kids’ futures.
And worst of all, when you’re feeling so down on yourself
after struggling to grow your practice,
it effects your children, too.
Because, you know.... they learn by watching you.
I know it’s easy to blame your chiro school
and say they didn’t teach what you really needed to know
about running a successful practice.
I know it’s embarrassing when you’ve tried
a practice management program
(or two or three) and it didn’t work for you.
But that’s one of the things that makes you too valuable
to become another statistic: you won’t compromise your values.
You won’t spend all of your time away from your family
just to grow the traditional model of a successful practice.
You refuse to use scripts and sleazy sales tactics
to rope people into endless care plans.
And you certainly don’t buy into the “bigger is better” mindset.
But... is this where you’re stuck?
Like, you’re clear on your values, but you have no idea
how to translate them into a “successful” practice?
A practice that allows you to be present with your family
and not sacrifice your own health.
A practice you LOVE, that allows you to live a LIFE you love, too.
If this sounds exactly like you, don’t worry.
We’ve got your back.
